What is 'My DVD Request List'?
Occasionally, I receive the second or third disc in my DVD Request List before the first. Why does this happen?
I sent back a DVD but never got the next one in My DVD Request List.

 How many movies can I check out at once?

That depends on your plan. If you signed up for the three movie plan, you can have up to three titles in your possession at once.
Let's say for example, that you signed up for the three DVD plan. If you return one movie back to us, we'll send out one DVD from Flickety Fit DVD Request List (the first available starting at the top of your queue). If you send back two movies, then we'll send you the next available DVD's on your Request List.... and so forth. This ensures that you will always have three movies at once.  Some of the titles are actually two disc DVD's.  Because of shipping and the cost of these titles, each disc will count as one title.   In order to achieve optimal success, we require you to have at least ten items in your rental queue at all times no matter what plan you have.  If you do not keep the minimun number of items in your queu, we will not and cannot guarantee you will receive your dvds in a timely manner.  Thank you.

 How long can I keep a movie?
You can keep a movie for as long as you want without late fees, or any other penalties as long as you are a member!

How do I cancel my membership? 

Email us with your request at info@DancingFlix.com  You may write your name and the fact that you would like to cancel on a piece of paper that you have sent with the envelope or a separate mailer alltogether.  This is more reliable with all of our customers and we apologize that we need to require this extra step.  The address is Flicketyfit.com, 117 Apple House Lane, Missoula, MT 59802.  You can call us at 406.493.6778.

What day of the month will I get billed?

Your flat monthly membership fee  is automatically billed on the monthly anniversary of your first charge. For example, if your first charge was on the 17th of the month, your next charge is on the 17th of the following month. You do not receive a prorated refund if you cancel in the middle of the month.

Should I wait until the first of the month to sign up? If I sign up mid-month, will the first charge be prorated?

There is no need to wait. Your flat monthly membership fee is automatically billed on the monthly anniversary of your first charge. For example, if your first charge was on the 17th of the month, your next charge is on the 17th of the following month.

Can I pay with a check or be billed in the mail?

No. We require a valid credit card for every Flicikety Fit  DVD Subscription Plan, including all promotions. This is to verify account information, secure orders and prevent fraud.   Occassionaly, we will accept a check for gift subscriptions.  For example, if someone wants to pay for an entire year of Flicketyfit, we would accept a check.  If you do not have a credit card, we would consider this as possibility also.

Are there any places you won't ship to?

We only ship within the U.S.
 
Within the U.S. we ship to every state and territory
 



I am staying at a hotel or motel. Can I have my movies delivered to me there?

Due to losses, we feel it is in the best interest of Flickety Fit  not to ship to hotels or other such transitional addresses.

Are your movies sent by first class mail?

All our discs are sent by first class mail. If you're returning our movies at your local post office, you may return movies sent in our mailers through the metered mail slot, if available.
  We try to keep your costs down, so we use a fairly flimsey mailer to send out the dvds.  That is why it is important for you to please treat our dvds with the utmost care.  Please do not leave them out in mailboxes (non-locking ones) unattended.  Also, please, whenever possible refrain from leaving dvds in mailing drop boxes.  They often get crushed by the heavier items that people dump on top of them.  If at all possible, it helps keep the dvds healthy if you can hand the dvd mailer directly to the postal worker.  We know that this is not always possible.

Will the shipping envelopes say "www.flicketyfit.com or Flickety Fit" on them?

Yes, the shipping envelopes will have Flicketyfit as a return address on them.

How long will it take to get my movies?

When you have an open rental slot, we make every effort to ship your DVD as soon as inventory is available. Movies usually arrive within 2 to 4 days, but occasionaly some movies may take longer than 4 days to arrive because of  postal delays. 

Orders received on Sundays and holidays are processed the following business day. Any postal holidays will also delay shipping until the next business day. 
Flickety Fit is located in Missoula, Montana.  It may take a little longer to get dvds to certain areas of the country.  We are not set-up to compete, delivery speed-wise with larger, more generic online dvd rental corporations.  We are a small business and what we have to offer is personal contact, prompt attention to problems and requests and a mutually respectful customer/business relationship. 
Flicketyfit makes every possible effort to do our part to get your dvd in the mail to you.  What happens after that is not something we can guarantee.  We make no guarantees on what we cannot control.  Mailing time, is unfortunately one of them.   We do guarantee that we will make every effort we possibly can from our end to make sure that you get your dvds as soon as possible. 
 
Again, we require you to keep at least ten different titles in your rental queu at all times no matter which plan you are on.  If you do not, we will not guarantee you will receive your dvds in a timely manner.  Thank  you.



How do I report a shipping problem or a disc that won't play?

If you have any shipping problems, such as delayed arrival of your rentals, or an unplayable DVD, you can report it on the Contact Flickety Fit page.  First of all, don't panic just let us know as soon as you can.  The sooner we know about the problem, the sooner we can work on a solution.   We'll usually just have your return the disc right away and then send out the next item in your queu.

Just go ahead and mail the title back in the envelope.

What if I don't receive a title?

We understand that things happen and sometimes the U.S. Postal Service  can make mistakes, and therefore we offer the Contact Flickety Fit page to report the occasional lost DVD. However, theft of DVD's will not be tolerated. We will have Postal Inspectors investigate the issue. If this becomes more than an occasional occurrence, we will be forced to suspend your account, pending a full investigation by the postal service, and fraud divisions of credit card companies. All prosecution laws apply. Please think twice before deciding to keep the DVD's and blaming it on the postal service.

What is 'My DVD Request List'?

'My DVD Request List' is the list of movies you've selected to rent. You can update or edit your Request List anytime. Initially, we'll send you the first available DVDs from your Request List. When you're finished watching one of the DVDs you have out, send it back so we can ship the next available title from your Request List. To rent a movie, browse the Stores name goes here site and click the Rent button next to any movie. This title will be added to your Request List.

To adjust the priority of movies, change the number in the Priority column and then click Update Request List. It's also easy to change the priority of more than one movie at a time. Simply change the priority of as many movies as you want and then click Update Request List -- the site will make all the necessary changes. To remove movies from your Request List, check the Remove box next to any movie.
 
The more items you have in your rental queu, the better use you will get out of your membership.  If there are only a small number of items, you may experience shipping delays. 
 
Also, please understand that you absolutely must keep items in your queu.  If they are not there, we will not send you anything.  That does not mean you are cancelled and will receive a refund.  If you are ready to cancel, please email us and let us know.



Occasionally, I receive the second or third disc in my DVD Request List before the first. Why does this happen?

When you return a dvd or have an open slot in your Requst List, we make every effort to ship your first choice. To help you get the most out of your membership, if a title in a higher spot is out of stock, we'll send your next available in-stock title. This way, you will always have great workouts on hand!

I sent back a DVD but never got the next one in My DVD Request List.

Once a title you return has been checked back into our inventory, you'll receive an email confirmation of its return. We'll then ship the next available title from your Request List. You can always check the
My Account page on the site to see whether we have received the movie you've returned. If 7-10 days pass, and you don't receive a confirmation email from us, please use the Contact Us page to report it as 'already returned'.   The US Postal Serice is an amazing thing, but occassionally, things will get lost in the mail. 

If you are expecting another dvd and you do not receive it, please make sure you do not have a dvd listed as "out" that has been returned.  We have no way of knowing that you are not still enjoying this dvd.  Thanks.
